Last year, Uptown Houston launched a free midday shuttle to quickly and conveniently transport area workers, residents and visitors to the many fabulous restaurants and shops up and down Post Oak Boulevard.

The colorful, wood-trimmed shuttles run between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Uptown Shuttle makes it fast, free and convenient to access all of the wonderful places there are to explore in Uptown Houston. So leave your car keys behind, get some fresh air and catch a ride on the Uptown Shuttle.

The shuttles, which are fully enclosed and air conditioned, make approximately 25 stops along Post Oak Boulevard between Uptown Park on the north and just north of Richmond Avenue on the south. The shuttles begin the route at different locations and pick up riders approximately every 10 minutes.

While most of the shuttle stops are at the same locations as current Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County (METRO) bus stops, Uptown Houston has added extra stops to better serve the needs of the employees and visitors of some of the largest business and shopping complexes.
